Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final since we cannot  guarantee that the product has not been tampered with once it leaves our warehouse. 

ORDER REFUNDS

Any refunds will be received by your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment.  Once our team processes your refund, please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Contact your financial institution for confirmation.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost/stolen, please contact USPS for your updated shipping notification.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. Please send an email to superstarnaturals@gmail.com and include your order number. We will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
